Maintaining Party Records
Party records can be edited and maintained in all product centers with the appropriate rights.
You can mark party records as non-editable if you have the appropriate rights. This option is intended to prevent the changing
of demographic information for common parties (for example, The State of Indiana, The District Attorney, etc.).
The Non-Editable check box does not display on the party record unless you have the "Mark Party as Non-Editable" right.
