Party Financial Tab
The party Financial tab lists all the payment plans, cases, and registry accounts that are associated with a party. You must have the right to view parties to access the party Financial tab.
The top of the party Financial tab lists the total amount the party owes, the amount that is currently due, and the amount past due.
Financial Tab Options
Use the Show drop-down list to indicate which payment plans, cases, or accounts should be displayed. The following options are available:
•  Select All to display all payment plans, cases, and registry accounts that are associated with the party.
•  Select Balances Due to display only payment plans, cases, or accounts that have balances due.
•  Select Balances Due – Pmt Plan vs. Non-Pmt Plan to display only payment plans, cases, or accounts that have balances due but splits out account on a payment plan and those not in a payment plan.
•  Select Paid Off/Stopped to display only payment plans, cases, or accounts that have been paid off completely. Payment plans that have been stopped are displayed in grayed-out text.
Depending on the Show option you select, the financial information for the party is divided into up to the following sections: Payment Plans, Payment Plans/Cases, No Payment Plan, and Registry Accounts.
The following options are available for all of the sections.
Option Description
Image/Image To expand a specific payment plan, case, or registry account, click Image. To collapse the information, click Image.
Expand All/Collapse All Use these links to expand or collapse all the entries in a specific section.
Mark All/Unmark All Click Mark All to select all the cases listed under this header. Click Unmark All to clear the selections. These options are not available in the Payment Plans section.
Image/Image Click Image in the last column to select a payment plan for payment. When the plan is selected for payment, Image is displayed. Only one payment plan can be selected for payment at a time.
Payment Plans
Payment plans that have been created for the party are displayed in the Payment Plans section in descending order by the start date. This section is not displayed if you select the Balances Due – Sort by Due Date option in the Show field.
The payment plan information, case number, total amount due, current amount due, past due amounts, last payment, and current and past due dates are displayed for each account. Click an existing payment plan to modify it.
The following action icons are available if a payment plan exists.

Image Click to view the payment schedule for the payment plan.
Image Click to post a payment for the selected payment plan.
If there are no payment plans selected, this icon is disabled.
Image Click to post a credit on the selected payment plan.
If there are no payment plans selected, this icon is disabled.
Image Click to post a charge reduction on the selected payment plan.
If there are no payment plans selected, this icon is disabled.
Image Click to add a payment plan.
Cases Not on Payment Plans
Cases that have not been added to a payment plan are displayed the No Payment Plan section in descending date order. This section is not displayed if you select the Balances Due – Sort by Due Date option in the Show field. Click an existing case to modify it.
Select the Set Case Priorities link to enter the order in which payments should be made to cases associated with the party.
The following action icons are available.

Payment Plans/Cases
The Payment Plans/Cases section contains all of the payment plans and case fees for the party in descending date order. This section is only displayed if you select the Balances Due – Sort by Due Date option in the Show field.
The table displays the payment plan and cases for the party, total balance, current due, amount past due, and last payment amount. Click an existing case to modify it, or click an existing payment plan to modify it.
Select the Set Case Priorities link to enter the order in which payments should be made to cases associated with the party.
The following action icons are available.

Registry Accounts
The Registry Accounts section contains registry accounts for which the party is added as a beneficiary. The table contains the case number, balance, last deposit amount, and last deposit date. Click an existing case number to modify the registry account.
