Party Associates Tab
On the Associates tab on a party record, you can create any number of associates for a party. You can specify a party-to-associate relationship and an associate-to-party relationship. The associate relationship is listed on the Associates tab of both related party records, and associate relationship types are configured if you have the necessary rights.

The table on the Associates tab lists all associates for the party. The following functions can be performed in this section:
•  Maintain associates
•  View deleted associates
Additional Options
Option Description
Sort From the drop-down list, select the order in which you want the associates displayed in the table.
Show Deleted Items Select this check box to display deleted items in the table.
Right-click Options
Option Description
Delete Right-click on an associate in the table and select Delete to delete the associate.
Undelete Right-click on a deleted associate in the table and select Delete to undo the deletion of the associate.
