Notes Tab

The Notes tab allows you to add and modify dated notes related to the party. The existing notes are listed by default in reverse date order. You can change the sort order by choosing another option from the Sort field options. Depending on your activity in Odyssey, some of the following options may not be available

Notes Tab Fields

Field Name	Field Description
Sort	From the drop-down list, select the order in which the notes should be displayed in the table.
Show Deleted Items	This check box is available when notes have been deleted from the record. Select this check box to display deleted notes.
Show All Product Center Notes	Select this check box to display all notes on the record from all product centers. This check box may not be available on all versions of the Notes tab.

Notes Table

This section displays notes on the record. Depending on where you are in the product, all of the following functions may not be available on the Notes tab:

•

Print Multiple Notes

•

Print Individual Notes

Additional Right-click Options

Depending on where you are in the product, all of the following functions may not be available on the Notes tab.

Right-click Option	Description
Print Individual Note	Right-click a note, and select this option to print the selected note.
Delete	Right-click a note, and select this option to delete the note.
Undelete	Right-click a deleted note, and select this option to undelete the note.
