Party Record Header

Field Name	Field Description
Name	The party’s name is displayed.
DOB	The party’s date of birth is displayed.
DL	The party’s driver’s license number is displayed.
SSN	The party’s Social Security number is displayed.

State ID

Click

or an existing record to maintain state IDs for the party.

FBI Number

Click

or an existing record to maintain FBI numbers for the party.

SO Number

Click

or an existing record to maintain sheriff’s office (SO) numbers for the party.

Person ID

This section displays the person ID for the party.

Other Agency Number

Scars, Marks and Tattoos

Physical Descriptors

Sex Offender Registration

Field Name	Field Description
Registered Sex Offender	Select this check box to indicate the party is a registered sex offender.
Date Last Registered	Enter the date when the party last registered his status.

Place of Birth

Field Name	Field Description
Hospital	Type the hospital where the party was born.
Birth Record File #	Type the birth record file number for the party.
Time	Type the time the party was born.
City	Type the city where the party was born.
State	Type the state where the party was born.
County	Type the county where the party was born.
Country	Type the country where the party was born.

Miscellaneous

Field Name	Field Description
Citizenship	From the drop-down list, select the citizenship of the party.
Complexion	From the drop-down list, select the party’s complexion.
Build	From the drop-down list, select the party’s body build.
Marital Status	From the drop-down list, select the party’s marital status.
Dependents	Type the amount of dependents the party has.
County of Residence	From the drop-down list, select the county of residence in which the party resides.
Approx. DOB	Enter an approximate date of birth for the party if the party’s date of birth is not known. Note: This field is only available when a current known date of birth has not been entered for the party.

Special Noticing Option

Click

or an existing record to maintain special noticing options for the party.

Financial Information

Field Name	Field Description
Hold Exempt	Click to select the locations at which financial information is exempt for this party.

W-9 Information

Click

or an existing record to maintain W-9 information for the party.

Returned Check

Field Name	Field Description
Returned Check	Select this check box to indicate a check has been returned for the party.

Party or Case Affiliates

The Party or Case Affiliates section lets you add another location to display the party or case affiliates to which the party belongs to at that location. Case or party affiliates can only be displayed for one location at a time.

Right-click Options

The following right-click options are available on the Additional tab of a party record.

Delete	You can delete an item under most sections of this tab by right-clicking the item and selecting Delete.
