Maintaining Party State IDs
When a party record is editable, state IDs for the party can be added.
The party record must be editable to maintain state IDs.
Complete the following steps to maintain state IDs.
| 1. | Find a party. |
| 2. | Access the Additional tab. |
| 3. | Click  in the State ID section to add a new party state ID, or select an existing state ID to make modification. |
| 4. | Complete the fields. |
| 5. | Click Continue. |
State IDs are displayed in the State ID section of the Additional tab.
