Maintaining Party Sheriff’s Office Numbers
When a party record is editable, sheriff’s office numbers (SO #) for the party can be maintained.
Complete the following steps to maintain sheriff’s office numbers.
| 1. | Find a party. |
| 2. | Access the Additional tab. |
| 3. | Click  in the SO Number section to add a new sheriff’s office number, or select an existing sheriff’s office numbers to make modification. |
| 4. | Complete the fields. |
| 5. | Click Continue. |
Sheriff’s office numbers are displayed in the SO Number section of the Additional tab.
