Maintaining Special Conditions
From the Additional tab on a party record, indicate that special conditions exist (for example, the party is blind or in a wheelchair). When a party has one or more active caution flags, a green flag icon Image appears on search results. Pausing the mouse pointer on the icon will display the caution flags that currently exist on the party.
The party record must be editable to maintain special conditions.
Complete the following steps to maintain special conditions for a party.
1. Find a party.
2. Access the Additional tab.
3. Click Image in the Special Conditions section to add a new special condition for the party, or select an existing condition to make modifications.
4. Complete the fields.
5. Click Continue.
Special conditions are displayed in the Special Conditions section of the Additional tab.
