Maintaining Physical Descriptors
When a party record is editable, physical descriptors on the party can be maintained.
Complete the following steps to maintain physical descriptors.
| 1. | Find a party. |
| 2. | Access the Additional tab. |
| 3. | Click  in the Physical Descriptors section to add a descriptor, or select an existing physical descriptor to make modifications. |
| 4. | Complete the fields. |
| 5. | Click Continue. |
