Maintaining Caution Flags
From the Additional tab on a party record, you can set up caution flags if the party has a specific problem, such as being aggressive or suicidal. When a party has one or more caution flags, a red flag Image icon is displayed on search results. Pausing the mouse pointer on the icon will display the caution flags that currently exist on the party.
The party record must be editable to maintain special conditions.
Complete the following steps to maintain special conditions for a party.
1. Find a party.
2. Access the Additional tab.
3. Click Image in the Caution Flags section to add a new caution.
4. Select one or more caution flag codes.
5. Click Continue.
Special conditions are displayed in the Special Conditions section of the Additional tab.
