Maintaining Party Other Agency Numbers
When a party record is editable, other agency numbers for the party can be maintained.
Complete the following steps to maintain other agency numbers.
| 1. | Find a party. |
| 2. | Access the Additional tab. |
| 3. | Click  in the Other Agency Number section to add a new party other agency number, or select an existing other agency numbers to make modifications. |
| 4. | Complete the fields. |
| 5. | Click Continue. |
Other agency numbers are displayed in the Other Agency Number section of the Additional tab.
