Case CJIS Tab
The CJIS tab lists any information that exists for a record. You can view all CJIS records including their charges, arrest, prosecutor, courts, and status. You cannot use this tab to add CJIS records, because they are pulled in from the case.
The following information is displayed on the CJIS tab:
•  Case name
•  Case type
•  Defendants
The following information is displayed in the Arrests/Charges section of the CJIS tab:
•  Charges
•  Arrest
•  Prosecutor
•  Courts
•  Status
CJIS Options
Field Name Field Description
Defendants From the drop-down list, select the defendant to view on the tab.
Print Click Image to print the TRN record.
Assign Click this link to assign a TRN to the charge and arrest.
History Click this link to display the TRN history for this inmate.
Mark All Click this option to select all TRN records that have a status of "Ready." A Image is displayed in the heading of the TRN record.
Submit Click this option to send all marked records to the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
TRN Link Click a TRN number in the Arrests/Charges section to view the TRN record.
