While an inmate is in custody, they are subject to the rules of conduct of the facility in which they are incarcerated as
well as all laws of the United States. Violations of these rules and laws result in disciplinary sanctions and could include
additional criminal prosecution. Infractions and violations are generally classified as either Minor or Major and may or may
not require a hearing. When violations are reported, a disciplinary report is completed and an inmate is allowed to request
an attorney within a specified time frame.
Incidents Tab on an Inmate Record
If any incidents exist for the inmate, the case number, agency, offense, officer, and call number display. Click the Case
Number to modify the incident record. Click the Call Number to modify the call record.
Incidents Tab on a Jailing Record
If any incidents exist for the inmate, the case number, agency, offense, officer, and call number display. Click

to add an incident or click an existing modify the
incident fields.
