| Add Time Payment Fee Job | This job allows active and inactive criminal cases with balances that are the specified number of days past their disposition (judgment) date to be updated with a specified fee schedule in batch. | Add Time Payment Fee Job Fields | |||||||||||||||
| Assess Supervision Fees | When a party is under direction from Supervision, there are charges they are responsible for on a daily, weekly, or monthly
basis. The Assess Supervision Fees job allows you to assess fee schedules configured on the conditions indicated during the
specified date range of the jobs parameters.
If a fee schedule has already been assessed to a case – whether manually on the case Financial tab or using this job during the date range specified in the job parameters – this job will not assess the fee again during
the indicated time frame.

| Automated Citation Conviction Report | The Automated Citation Conviction Report job generates a summary of traffic convictions on a driving record at a specific location based on a specified date range. | Automated Close and Write-off of Uncollectible Cases | This job identifies cases with past due financial balances.
The job writes off the uncollected balance for these cases by creating a credit transaction that sets the balance to $0.00.

| Automated Collection Status Processing | This job generates a list of cases from the current date to the last date the job was run, with past-due funds based on criteria
entered in the job parameters and automatically performs the action of setting a collection status, indicating the case is
being sent to collections.
This job does not export the created list. The Collection Agency Interface job is used to create the file export.

| Bond Integration Conversion | This job generates a list of bonds that will be duplicated, but for some reason it does not change.
This list will have to be reviewed by the client, and if there are duplicate bonds that were converted in both Jail Manager
and Case Manager, the duplicated bonds in Case Manager will need to be closed out.

| Collection Agency Interface | This job identifies new referrals as well as updates to existing referrals. | Collection Agency Payments Interface | This job takes the incoming file from a collection agency and processes the referral updates or the payments that were collected by the agency according to the parameters indicated. | FL Orange County MUNIS Export | This job generates the necessary files to interface with the MUNIS application. The flat files are defined by MUNIS and contain the daily totals by General Ledger account numbers. to prepare to the report’s first run.
This job should only be run prior to using the journal functionality for the specific report. If journal records have not

| FLSRS 2010 Rejournal Job | This job revalidates case data at specific locations and reporting periods to ensure it does not violate journaling rules.
The job deletes all entries in the journal for a specific case or set of cases, and then it attempts to regenerate all the
journal entries needed to properly report the case.
This job must be run on any case that previously had the Bypass State Reporting CBR on Next Case Save check box on the State Report tab selected.
