Automated Citation Conviction Report Job Fields

Complete the following fields to process the Automated Citation Conviction Report job.

Field Name	Field Description
Locations	Click to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Start Date	Enter the date when the job date range starts.
End Date	Enter the date when the job date range ends.
Type of File	From the drop-down list, select whether to run the job in "Test" or "Production" mode. When you run the job in "Production" mode, all cases selected by the job are marked as sent. After being marked as sent, the job no longer selects those cases when it is run again. Running the job in "Test" mode does not mark the cases as sent, allowing you to review and correct any errors on the cases before running the report in "Production" mode.
From Agency	Type the agency from which the list is being exported.
To Agency	Type the agency to which the list is being exported.
