Calendars Click Image to select the calendars you want included in this job.
Date Range Enter the date when when hearing should occur to be included in the job.
Canceled Hearing Criteria

Hearing Types Type the hearing type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Service Events Type the service event codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Reason From the drop-down list, select a reason for a canceled hearing. This will filter the results to only include hearings that have been canceled with the selected reason.
Comment Type any additional comments related to the hearing reassignment.
Include Returned Unserved Cases Select this check box to include all cases with non-returned service events.
List Name Type a name for the list generated. The list can be retrieved at a later time for use with List Manager.
Questionable Criteria
Field Name Field Description
Events Click Image to select the case events used to determine if a case's hearing is questionable.
Case Flag From the drop-down list, select the case flag used to display for the selected cases.
If a case is selected to be given a specific case flag and that case flag has already been placed on that case that will prevent it from being added a second time, the case is still added to the report output.
Comment Type any additional comments to attach to the case flag being assigned to the case.
