Scheduling the Scofflaw Selection Job
The Scofflaw Selection job selects cases that may have new or cleared vehicles and adds a collection status to the cases.
The job selects cases that are at least 90 days past due and uses these cases to process new vehicles in the Scofflaw Export job. The Scofflaw Selection job also selects cases that are flagged as having sent a new vehicle in the past, but the case now has a financial balance less than or equal to zero. These cases are used to process cleared vehicles in the Scofflaw Export job. Note: This job selects cases to be exported by the Scofflaw Export job. You must run this job before running the Scofflaw Export job.
To schedule the Scofflaw Selection job:
1. Click Administration from the navigation menu, and then click Job Schedule from the Job Processing group.
2. Click Image.
3. Complete the job schedule entry fields displayed. Select a Job Definition that contains a "Scofflaw Selection Job" job task from the drop-down list.
4. Click Save (ALT+S).
5. Complete the Scofflaw Selection job fields displayed.
6. Click Finish (ALT+F).
Schedule the Scofflaw Export job.
