Scofflaw Selection Job Fields
Complete the following fields to process the Scofflaw Selection job.
Data to Select

New and Cleared Vehicles Select this check box to include both new and cleared vehicles in the job.
Only Cleared Vehicles Select this check box to include only clear vehicles in the job.
Selection Criteria

Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Delinquent Date Type From the drop-down list, select the delinquent date type to be used for the job. Available options include appear by date, case status date, and financial due date.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
As of Date Enter the date when vehicles should be included in the job. The job selects new vehicles associated with cases that are at least 90 days delinquent as of the date selected.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Include Cases with Payment Plans Select this check box to include delinquent cases in the job.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Party Connection Types Click Image to select party connection types used to determine if a vehicle is considered new.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Case Category Click Image to select the case categories a delinquent case must be part of in order for new vehicles to be selected for the job.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Case Type Click Image to select the case types a delinquent case must have for new vehicles to be selected for the job.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Case Status Click Image to select the case statuses a delinquent case must have for new vehicles to be selected for the job.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Vehicle Connection Types Click Image to select the vehicle connection types to be included in the job.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Include Vehicles with no Connection Type Select this check box to include vehicles with no connection type.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Include Case Flags Click Image to select the case flags to use for determining which cases to select for the job.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Exclude Case Flags Click Image to select the case flags to be excluded from the job.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Collection Status Click Image to select the collection statuses to use for determining which cases to select for the job.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Include Cases without a Collection Status Select this check box to include cases with no connection type.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Actions

Add Collection Status on Selected New Cases From the drop-down list, select the collection status to add to delinquent cases with new vehicles.
This option flags the cases in preparation for the scofflaw export job.
This option is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.
Add Collection Status on Selected Cleared Cases From the drop-down list, select the collection status to add to cases for cleared vehicles.
This flags the cases in preparation for the job.
Options
Field Name Field Description
Save as CSV Select this check box to save the output as a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
List Name Type a name for the list generated. The list can be retrieved at a later time for use with List Manager.
Append Job ID Number to List Name When this check box is selected, the job ID number is added to the list name entered in the List Name field. If the List Name field is left blank, the Append Job ID Number to List Name check box is unavailable.
