Case Search / Case IDs / List / Reassess |
Use these options to select how you want to select the cases that need to be rejournaled. The fields available depend on which
of the following options you select:

Select Case Search to search for and select the case to rejournal. |

Select Case IDs to enter the specific case IDs to include in the rejournal. |

Select List to select a List Manager list to rejournal. |

Select Reassess to compare what currently exists in the journal to the new information in Odyssey before updating the journal. This option
does not delete data that already exists in the journal. |

Case Number |
If the Case Search option is selected, click to search for the case number you want to include in this job.
|
Case IDs |
If the Case IDs option is selected, type the case identification numbers to include in the job.
|
List Name |
If the List option is selected, click to search for the List Manager list name to include in this job.

Locations |
If the Reassess option is selected, click to select the location to be used for the journal conversion
|
Starting Month |
If the Reassess option is selected, select the first month you want to include in the reassessment.

Starting Year |
If the Reassess option is selected, select the first year you want to include in the reassessment.

Rejournal |
If the Reassess option is selected, select this check box to proceed with the rejournaling. All jobs run with this check box selected must
be started after hours because this option requires that case data remain static while the job is running.
If you do not select this check box, the job runs in "validation mode" and does not attempt to write the journal data to the
database upon completion. This mode validates case data to ensure it can be properly placed in the journal without actually
attempting to put data into the journal.
