| Start Date | Enter the date when the job date range starts.
For daily fee assessments, the start and end date will be the same date (i.e., Start Date T or current date).
For weekly fee assessments, the start date will be seven days prior to the end date. (i.e., Start Date T-7 and End Date T).
For monthly fee assessments, the start date will be 30 days prior to the end date. (i.e., Start Date T-30 and End Date T).
