Case Data Export Job Fields

Complete the following fields to process the Case Data Export job.

Field Name	Field Description
Locations	Click to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
File Path	Type the location on the network where the export file is saved for retrieval.
Start Date	Enter the date when the job date range starts.
End Date	Enter the date when the job date range ends.
Case Categories	Type the case category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Case Security Groups	Type the case security group codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes. By default, any case with a case security group is excluded from the export.
Party Connection Types	Type the party connection type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes. Only party data for the connection types selected is included in the export. If a party has multiple extended connection types on a single case, party data is created for each party connection type selected.
Case Events	Type the case event codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes. Case events are only included if they have had a document added or modified during the job's date range.
Document Types	Type the document type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Provide Case Party Address	Select this check box to include the case correspondence address for each party connection type included in the export. If no correspondence address is available, the current known address for the case party is used instead.
Text displayed for confidential address	Type the text to be displayed in the export in place of confidential addresses. This field is not available unless the Provide Case Party Address check box is selected.
Provide Party Phone #	Select this check box to include the current known phone number for each party indicated in the export. Phone information is not included in the export unless the check box is selected.
Text displayed for confidential phone #	Type the text to be displayed in the export in place of confidential phone numbers. This field is not available unless the Provide Party Phone # check box is selected.
