Field Name Field Description
Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Report Type / Report Version Select the report for which to create a journal. If only one report type or version is available, that report is automatically displayed.
Case Category This field is displayed depending on the report type. Type the case category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.

Starting Month From the drop-down list, select the starting month for the data you want included in this report. The starting month entered for this job must be before the first month of the date that they will want to display in the report.
Starting Year Type the starting year for the data to include in this report. The starting year entered for this job must be before the first month of the date you want displayed in the report.
Create Journal If you select this check box, the conversion job attempts to write the journal data to the database upon completion. All journal conversion jobs run with this check box selected must be started after hours because this option requires that case data remain static while the job is running.
If you do not select this check box, the conversion job runs in "validation mode" and does not attempt to write the journal data to the database upon completion. This mode validates case data to ensure it can be properly placed in the journal without actually attempting to put data into the journal.
Show Invalid Cases Only Select this check box to only include invalid cases on the conversion.
Create CSV File Select this check box to create a CSV file version of the conversion.
Invalid Case List Name Type a name for the invalid case list that is produced by this job. This list can then be accessed through List Manager.
