Scheduling the Draw Down Account E-mail Job
The Draw Down Account E-mail job sends e-mail notifications to primary contacts on active draw down accounts with a balance that is equal to or less than their minimum balance allowed, or with a balance that is equal to or less than their threshold warning balance.
To schedule the Draw Down Account E-mail job:
1. Click Administration from the navigation menu, and then click Job Schedule from the Job Processing group.
2. Click Image.
3. Complete the job schedule entry fields displayed. Select a Job Definition that contains a "Draw Down Account Automatic E-mail Job" job task from the drop-down list.
4. Click Save (ALT+S).
5. Complete the Draw Down Account E-mail job fields displayed.
6. Click Finish (ALT+F).
