Event Codes
Event codes include process servers, service types and methods, event groups and types, and towing and advertising companies.
Before configuring the code behaviors, you must complete the basic code setup, including the code description and the dates on which the code becomes effective and obsolete. After completing the static fields, you must then complete the fields specified on each individual code.
Code Description Code Fields
Advertising Companies Advertising company setup Recipient Party – Select the recipient party for the advertising company.
Case Event Groups Groups include events grouped together for filtering and sorting  
Case Event Status Types Indicates the possible statuses for an event Open – Select this check box if you want this case status code to be considered an open status.
Click the Image in the Service Default section to set the service event defaults.
Case Event Types Indicates the actions that occur on a case Case Event Type Code Fields
Process Servers Indicates the companies or individuals that can be used for service Primary Contact, Address, Phone – Add the information for the process server.
Service Methods Indicates the methods of service available, such as by publication or in person  
Service Number Formats The combination of tokens and ID numbers that the system uses to generate and assign service numbers. Service Number Format Code Fields
Service Number Pool The pool, or set, of ID numbers for building service ID numbers. Different service number formats can use the same service number pool. Number ID Pool Fields
Service Types Indicates the types of service that may occur, such as by subpoena or summons Service Type Code Fields
