Service Default Fields for Case Event Type Codes
Complete the following fields to add service default information that is added to a case when a case event of the current type is applied.

Field Name Field Description
Case Category From the drop-down list, select the case category to which to apply the service default information.
Each case category can have only one service default configuration. Case categories that already have a service default configuration are not displayed in the Case Category drop-down list.
Service Type From the drop-down list, select the default service type for the case event type.
Anticipated Method From the drop-down list, select the default anticipated service method for the case event type.
Anticipated Server Type the name the default anticipated process server for the case event type or click Image to search for a server.
Comment Type a default service comment for the case event type.
