Maintaining Service Number Format Codes
Service number format codes are a combination of tokens and ID numbers that the system uses to generate and assign a service ID number.
To maintain service number format codes:
1.
Click
Administration
from the navigation menu. Click
Events
from the
System Codes
section, and then click
Service Number Formats
.
2.
Select one of the following methods:
•
Click to create a code, and enter a code word.
•
Click an existing code to modify.
3.
Complete the
fields
.
4.
Click
Save
(ALT+S).
