Maintaining Service Type Codes
The service type codes are used to determine which type of service action is occurring on a case, like citation, summons, or subpoena.
To maintain service type codes:
1. Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Events in the System Codes section, and then click Service Types.
2. Select one of the following methods:
•  Click Image to create a code, and enter a code word.
•  Click an existing code to modify.
3. Complete the fields.
4. Click Save (ALT+S).
