Maintaining Service Number Pool Codes
Complete the following steps to maintain service number pool codes.
To add or modify service ID pool codes:
1. Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Events from the System Codes section, and then click Service Number Pool.
2. Select one of the following methods:
•  Click Image to create a code, and enter a code word.
•  Click an existing code to modify.
3. Complete the fields.
4. Click Save (ALT+S).
