Posting Registry Account Deposits
Deposits can be added to a registry account from the registry Accounts or Transactions view of the case Financial tab. Deposits into a trust registry account can be made by a party or an investment account.
If a bond is added through the case Bonds tab, a bond registry account is automatically added on the case Financial tab and the deposit information is recorded. If an additional deposit should be entered for the bond account, it must be entered through the case Financial tab.
To post registry account deposits:
1. Access the registry Accounts or Transactions view of the case Financial tab, and click Image.
2. Complete the registry account deposit fields displayed.
3. Select one of the following options to complete the deposit.
Option Description
Save (ALT+S) Click to save the deposit without printing a receipt.
Save/Print (ALT+P) Click to save the deposit and print a receipt.
If the total amount of the payment is more than the total charges, select the change due method.
