Printing Receipts
Receipts can be printed after posting payments for case or miscellaneous fees. Depending on your system setup, information for when the next payment installment for a payment plan is due to case party may be displayed on a receipt. Additionally, the name of the judge, magistrate, or hearing master to case party may be displayed.
To print a receipt:
1. Post a payment for case fees, payment plan, or miscellaneous fees.
2. Click Save/Print (ALT+P).
The system automatically saves the payment information and sends the receipt to the default receipt printer. Note: Contact your system administrator to change the default receipt printer.
