Calendar View – Monthly
The monthly view of a class schedule calendar allows you to view four weeks of court sessions at one time.
The top of the page shows which calendar you are viewing and the first day displayed. It also displays which location owns and maintains that calendar. Each day shows the time when a session is scheduled as well as the type of session and how close it is to capacity.
Court sessions are displayed in different colors so you can easily tell their status. Green court sessions are not full. Those that are black are full or closed. Red sessions are over capacity, while the blue sessions are unavailable for scheduling.
Click a specific session from the calendar to access the court session.
If there are overlapping sessions on a calendar, a “Multiple Sessions” box is displayed in the time slots. Click it to view the scheduled times and other information for the different sessions. Clicking one of the sessions in the pop-up takes you to the session view.
Calendar Options
Option Description
Preferences (ALT+P) Each time you access the court calendar, the information is displayed according to your user preferences. Click to select your preferences for how the calendar displays when first opened.
Calendar (ALT+C) After you have accessed a calendar, click to select a different calendar to view without changing preferences.
Refresh (ALT+R) If changes have been made to a calendar, click to update the page with the most recent changes.
Print Resource Letters Click to print a letter to send to the resources scheduled on the calendar.
Send Notices Click to print hearing notices.
Image Click to select the calendar type to print, and complete the standard or flexible calendar report fields.
Image Click to choose another date to display. The Go to Date dialog box is displayed, and you can enter the date you want to view.
Image Click to view a monthly calendar with the current day displayed in the first week.
Image Click to access the five-day view of the calendar.
Image Click to access the five-day calendar view where you can select the dates you want displayed.
If you have selected days on the calendar, the multi-day calendar view is displayed for the days selected.
< Click to display the previous day's column. This option is disabled if Sunday is already displayed.
> Click to display the next day's column. This option is disabled if Saturday is already displayed.
<< Click to view the previous four weeks.
>> Click to view the next four weeks.
Image Click to complete the fields to add a court session to the calendar.
Image This icon is displayed on the first day of each week. Click to access the five-day view for that week.
Right-click Options
Right-click Option Description
Display Court Session Select this option to view the court session.
Copy Court Session Select this option to copy the original session properties except for the date of the session.
Modify Court Session Select this option to modify the court session setup.
Delete Court Session This option is only available if there are no hearings scheduled in the court session. After you have reset all settings for a session, select this option to remove the session from the calendar.
Print Court Session This option is displayed if there are one or more sessions in a day. Select this option to set the calendar report options
Zoom to this week Right-click an open area on the calendar and select to go to the five-day calendar view for this week.
Start view on date Right-click an open area on the calendar and select to make that week the first week displayed.
