Calendar Preferences Fields
Complete the following fields to set your calendar preferences.

| Field Name | Field Description |

| Use Last Calendar | If you want the system to display the last calendar you viewed each time you access the calendar, select Use Last Calendar. When you select this option, the rest of options available on the Edit User Preferences dialog box are disabled. |
| Always Start With | If you want the calendar to appear the same way each time you access it, select Always Start With. The remaining fields on the User Preferences dialog box become available. |
| View | Indicate which view mode (weekly or monthly) you want to display when you first access the calendar. |
| Owned By Location | The location associated with the selected calendar is displayed. Click  to select a location.

| Calendar | Select the calendar type you want as your default. Calendars are codes maintained by your system administrator. Contact your system administrator if the type you need is not listed. |
