Account Search Results
The account search results are displayed on the Search Results page after searching for an account.
The following search criteria, if entered, determines how the search results are displayed.
Search Criteria Description
Case or Citation Information If you search by a case or citation number, the results page displays the case information at the top of each record, and the associated accounts are listed below each case or citation.
Click a case number in the search results to access the Summary view of the case Financial tab.
Party Information If you search by party information, the results page displays all party results and the associated accounts. If a nickname or alias matches the search, that name is displayed below the current known name.
Click a party name in the search results to access the party record.
Attorney Information If you search by attorney information, the results page displays the attorney information at the top of each result, and the associated accounts are listed below each name.
Click an attorney name in the search results to access the attorney record.
Account Information
The following information is displayed for each account.
Option Description
Account This column displays the account type or case number. If this column displays the case number, click it to access the Summary view of the case Financial tab.
If this column displays a Payment Plan link, click the link to access the payment plan settings.
Total Owed/Balance If the account is a payment plan or case, this column displays the remaining balance due on all cases in the payment plan or case fees. If the account is a registry or trust, this displays the total amount deposited.
Current Due This column displays the current amount due on a payment plan or case along with the due date.
Past Due This column displays the amount past due on a payment plan or case along with the due date.
Last Deposit This column shows you the dollar amount applied to the registry or trust on the last deposit.
Last Pmt/Deposit Date If the account is a payment plan or case, this column displays the date of the last payment. If the account is a registry or trust, this displays the date of the last deposit.
Account Search Result Options
The following options are available on this page.
Option Description
Print (ALT+P) Click this button to access the account summary options.
Back (ALT+B) Click this button to view the previous page of the search results.
Next (ALT+N) Click this button to view the next page of the search results.
Refine (ALT+R) Click this button to return to the search page and modify the search parameters.
Exit (ALT+X) Click this button to return to the product center home page.
Expand All On Page/Collapse All On Page (ALT+A) To display an expanded view of the search results, click Expand All On Page.
After expanding, click Collapse All On Page to collapse the search results.
Mark All On This Page/Clear All On This Page (ALT+T) To mark all of the records displayed on the current page, click Mark All On This Page. Only one type of account can be marked at a time. If the account search results contain more than one account type, Mark All On This Page is disabled.
To clear all the records displayed on the current page, click Clear All On This Page to clear all of the records on the current search page regardless of their party.
Expand All/Collapse All If additional details are listed for an account, click Image to expand individual account information. If you want to expand all of the accounts for that case, party, or attorney, click Expand All.
Click Image to collapse individual accounts, or click Collapse All to collapse all of the accounts for that case, party, or attorney.
Mark All/Unmark All If the account is not marked for payment, Image is displayed in the last column of account information. Click it to select the account, and this icon changes to Image. If the account is marked for payment, Image is displayed in the last column of account information.
Click Mark All to select all of the accounts for the case, party, or attorney record's payment or deposit transaction. If you select case fees, only the case fees accounts are selected. If you select a registry deposit, only registry deposits are selected.
Click Image to clear the account, and this icon changes to Image. After all accounts have been marked (Image), the Mark All option changes to Unmark All. Click it to clear all of the selections.
Image Click this icon to print an invoice.
Image Click this icon to add an invoice for the selected account.
Image Click to post a payment for the selected party. If there are no fees with a balance, this icon is disabled.
Image Click to post a credit on the account.
Image Click to post a charge reduction on the account.
Right-click Options
Right-click Option Description
Edit Case Right-click a case fee or registry account and select to access the Summary view of the case Financial tab.
Edit Plan Right-click a payment plan and select to modify the payment plan.
Mark Case for Payment Right-click a case fee and select to change Image in the last column to Image. This shows that the case is marked for payment. After you select this option, only other accounts that are case fees are selected.
Mark Plan for Payment Right-click a payment plan and select to change Image in the last column to Image. This shows that the payment plan is marked for payment. You can make a payment for only one payment plan at a time, so when you select this option, you cannot use it again.
Mark Case for Deposit Right-click a registry account and select to change Image in the last column to Image. This shows that the case is marked for deposit. After you select this option, only other registry deposits can be selected.
Unmark Case Right-click a case fee or registry account and select to change Image in the last column to Image. This shows that the case has not been marked for payment or deposit.
Unmark Plan Right-click a payment plan and select to change Image in the last column to Image. This shows that the payment plan has not been marked for payment.
Add Payment Right-click a case fee or payment plan and select to immediately post a payment to the selected account.
Add Deposit Right-click a registry account and select to immediately post a deposit to this account.
