Viewing Registry Account Deposits
When a deposit is entered for a registry account, a deposit transaction is added to the list of registry account transactions. Deposit transactions can be selected from a transactions listing to view the deposit details.
To view a registry account deposit:
1. Access the registry Transactions view of the case Financial tab, and select a deposit transaction to view.
2. View the registry account deposit fields displayed.
3. The following options may be available.
Option Description
Reprint Receipt (Alt+R) Click to reprint the receipt for the deposit transaction. Odyssey automatically sends the receipt information to the default receipt printer. Reprinted receipts are denoted with “Reprinted Receipt.”
Save (ALT+S) Click if the deposit is being moved to a different till.
Void (ALT+V) As long as the payment has not been deposited (along with the associated till), then the deposit may be voided. This process takes the monies out of the till amount total.
Reverse (ALT+V) Displayed if the deposit has already been deposited (along with the associated till). This process creates a reversal transaction that (effectively) cancels out the effects of the original transaction.
