Tasks Tab – Tasks
The Tasks page of the Tasks tab is the default view of the Tasks tab. This page shows a list of all the active tasks you have rights to view or work.
Tasks
Only tasks that you have rights to access are displayed in the Tasks list.
Each item now displays the following information:
•  Status
•  Priority level
•  Queue type
•  Document type
•  Task date and time information
The tasks are sorted using the following sort hierarchy:
1. Priority (high to low)
2. Due date (ascending)
3. Date created (ascending)
Tasks Options
The following options are available for tasks.
Option Description
Start Next Click this option to begin working the workflow tasks.
This option opens the Task Detail page allowing the user to work documents related to the task.
Note: You can also click a specific task from the queue.
Search tasks....
If you are looking for a specific completed task, use this option to locate your task.
Type the name of a specific queue.
Filters
Note: The available filter options vary for completed tasks and active tasks.
Use this option to narrow down the task list by one or more of the following filters: queues, label, assignee, status, priority, completed date, creation date, or due date.
If multiple filters have been applied, pause the cursor on the filter item to display a tooltip with a list of the filters that have been applied.
Refresh Click this button to refresh the Queues page.
Load nn more tasks
Click this button to load more tasks to the list.
This option is available when the total number of tasks in the view exceeds the viewing area.
