Filtering Tasks in Navigator
The Tasks tab includes options for filtering the tasks listed in queues.
To filter tasks:
1. Access the Tasks tab on the Left Panel in Odyssey.
2. From the View drop-down list, select any option.
3. Click Filters.
4. Select the filters to be applied.
5. Click Apply.
The filtered results are displayed on the Tasks tab. The filters that are applied are displayed in the Tasks header.
Note: If there are too many selected filters to be displayed in the Tasks header, pause the cursor on the header to display a tool tip that contains the complete list of applied filters.
