Searching for Tasks
When queues contain a large number of tasks, it may be easier to search for a task by name. You can use the free-text search
field on the Tasks tab for this search.
To search for tasks:
| 1. | Access the Tasks tab on the Left Panel in Odyssey. Note: Select Queues or Tasks from the View drop-down list. |
| 2. | In the free-text search field, type the task you are searching for. |
| 3. | Press ENTER. The tasks that match the keyword are displayed.
