Setting Unavailable Times for Resources
There are times when resources are not available for a court session (e.g., vacation, meetings). Complete the details from the Add/Modify Unavailable Time dialog box to mark specific times as unavailable for that resource.
To set unavailable time:
1. Use the menu path for the appropriate product center.
Option Description
Case Manager Click View Resource Schedule from the Court Administration section of the navigation menu.
Attorney Manager Click View Resource Schedule from the Calendaring section of the navigation menu.
2. Click Image or an existing unavailable time block.
3. Complete the unavailable time fields displayed.
4. Click Save (ALT+S).
