Saving Export Files
You can export various data from Odyssey as a text or comma-separated values (CSV) file. This data can then be opened in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet program. You can also save this information to CD, DVD, or other media for future reference or to give to vendors.
To save export files:
1. When a job containing an export file completes, click Administration from the navigation menu, and then click Job History from the Job Processing group.
2. Select the correct job to access the Job Details dialog box.
3. Click View Output.
4. Use the Windows Save As dialog box to find the appropriate folder or drive for which to save the file.
5. Type the file name and select the appropriate file type.
6. Click Save (ALT+S).
