Related Case Fields
The following fields are displayed when adding a related case to a case record.
Related Case Fields
Field Name Field Description
Case Number Type a case number, or click Image to search for a case.
Reason Select the reason to related the selected case.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
