Payments on Multiple Accounts
When posting a payment, you may need to distribute a single payment to different accounts. For example, an attorney may make a payment for multiple cases with only one check.
You have several option to post payments to multiple accounts. Note: You cannot post payments to case fees and payment plans at the same time. Also, if the payment is for a payment plan, you can only process one payment at a time.
Account Search Results
Mark the appropriate fees that need to be paid on the Account Search Results page, and click Image.
Posting a Payment from a Case or Party Record
When posting a payment from a case or party record, click Image in the Transaction Balances header to search for an account to add to the payment.
