Loading Report Settings
After you have saved a report setting, you can load the settings to automatically complete some or all of the fields on a report page or dialog box. This option is helpful for users who want to print a specific set of cases each time you generate a report.
To load the settings for a report:
1. From the report page or dialog box, click Recall (ALT+R) to access the Load Report Settings dialog box.
2. By default, when you select this option, only a list of settings that you created is displayed. The names for all of the available settings are displayed as well as the date and time when the settings were last saved. You can rename or delete any of these settings.
3. If you have the appropriate rights to view report settings created by other users, click Image next to the User Name field to select a user whose settings you want to view.
4. Click Fields (ALT+F) to select the fields to load.
5. Click the existing setting to load it to the report page or dialog box.
This process overwrites any fields that may have been completed unless you exclude that field from being loaded.
