When loading report settings, you can choose which fields to load. For example, you may want to load all of the fields from
an existing setting but the date fields, which you will complete yourself.
To select the fields to load:

Click Fields (ALT+F) on the Load Report Settings dialog box. |

From the Select the Fields to Load dialog box, select the fields you want to load. Clear the check box for the fields you do not want to include in the load.

Click Save (ALT+S) to return to the Load Report Settings dialog box. |
When you load a setting, any fields that may have been completed are overwritten unless you exclude those fields from being
loaded. The selected fields apply to the current loading of settings only. When you access the Load Report Settings dialog box again, you need to reselect the fields to load.
