Post-Judgment Activity | Allows you to configure the administrator to configure whether Debtor fields automatically populate, if the county combo is visible (and thus required), what debtor status is added to the selected debtors when the activity is added to the component, and whether the activity counts as an open or close for the purpose of issuance of executions. | Default All Active Debtors – Select this check box to filter the Select Party multi-picker with the Debtor Status drop-down list set to Active Only.

Party Status – From the drop-down list, select the party status: A (Active), D (Bankruptcy Discharged), B (Bankruptcy Stayed), E (Execution

Execution Status – Judgment: O (opened) or C (closed).
A post-judgment activity configured with an execution status of “opened” is intended for use with South Dakota’s execution-issued
activities (e.g., Execution Issued).
A post-judgment activity configured with an execution status of “closed” is intended for use with South Dakota’s execution-returned
activities (e.g., Return of Execution – Unserved, Return of Execution – Partially Satisfied, Return of Execution – Fully Satisfied).
Execution-returned and -issued activities must be configured by the administrator with the Show County check box selected in order to validate that only one execution at a time is open per party per county.
