Condition Code Fields
The following fields are available when maintaining condition codes.
Code and Description
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Show This Code for Location | Select this check box to enable the code for the selected location. |
| Code | The code word you previously entered is displayed here, but you can enter a different code if needed. If you enter a code
word that has already been assigned to another code, a warning message is displayed as codes must be unique.
Code words can contain numbers and uppercase or lowercase letters. You can also include periods, dashes, underscores, or parentheses.
The word ALL cannot be included in the code word, regardless of case.

System-wide Conditions Behavior
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Adult / Juvenile / Macro | Select the corresponding check boxes to which this condition is available. |
Condition Filter
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Interim / Bond / Warrant / Judgment / Sentence / Warrant / Protection Order | Select the check box for the filters for the condition. |
Default Conditions
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Order | Click this link to reorder the default conditions. |
| Default Conditions | Click  to select the default conditions for this order.

Location Conditions Behavior
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Order Default Text | Type text you want to be displayed on the order by default when this condition is chosen. |
| Mandatory At This Location | Select the check box to require the condition at this location. |
Protection Order Conditions Behavior
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| NCIC Condition Codes | Click  to select the NCIC conditions to add to this condition code.

Click to add additional fields to be displayed when this condition is selected.
