Case Status on Event Fields
Complete the following fields to change the case status when an event is added to a case.

Field Name Field Description
Case Category From the drop-down list, select the case category that the event type should be associated when the case status is added.
Include Select this option to select the case status types to which this case category and status should be added.
Specific Status(es) Select this option to choose the specific statuses on an event type to which this new case status should be added.
Current Status Click Image to select the current status on the event type that would trigger the new case status to be added.
New Status From the drop-down list, select the new case status to be added to this event type.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
