Copying Roles
Once a role has been set up, you can copy the role to create a new global or local role. Global roles can be copied to create local roles, and local roles can be copied to create global roles.
To copy roles:
1. Click Administration from the navigation menu, and then click Users in the Security section.
2. Select System Roles or Product Center Roles. System roles are global and apply to all Odyssey products. Product center-specific roles apply only to the product center in which you are working.
3. Right-click a role, and select Copy to New Global Role or Copy to New Local Role.
4. Type a role name.
5. Modify the role fields as necessary.
6. Assign users to the role.
7. Click Save (ALT+S).
