Case Warrants Tab
Warrants that have been associated with one or more parties on the case can be viewed from the Warrants tab on a case record. If you have the appropriate rights, you can also maintain warrants from this tab. Warrants must be associated with a party even if they are not associated with a case. After a warrant is linked to a party, Image is displayed beside the party name.
Warrants on this case
This section displays a table of all warrants related to the party on the record. Additionally, you can maintain warrants. The following options are also available in the Warrants on this case section:
•  Click the warrant link to view or modify the warrant record
•  Click the party link to modify the party record.
•  Click the warrant status link to modify the warrant status.
Additional Options
Option Description
Party From the drop-down list, select the party on the case for whom you want to view warrants.
Image Click this icon in the All Warrants section to print the warrant activity and outstanding warrants report.
Image Click this icon in the All Warrants section to add a warrant to the party record.

Scan Document
Scan a document into electronic format and associated it with the case. This first accesses the Add New Image dialog box to name the new document or image.
Odyssey then continues to the Document Viewer dialog box. If there is a scanner attached, the dialog will be in 'scan' mode.
Attach Document
Add an existing document into Odyssey and associate it with the case.  Accesses the Add Document dialog box for providing a description and defining the type of file. After the information is defined, Odyssey launches the Open a File dialog box to browse the network and select one, or many documents to attach.
Link Document Available when the Document Indexing Viewer is currently open or launched. Links the document, currently shown in the viewer, with the service event selected.
Relate Document
Available when there are documents currently associated with the case. Launches the Select Documents dialog box so the user may associate one or many documents with the service event.
Print Select this option to print the warrant.
Delete Select this option to delete the warrant.
