Document Fields
Complete the following fields when adding or modifying a document. Some of these fields may not be displayed depending on your document type.
Document Fields
Field Name Field Description
Show this document for Court Name Select this check box to allow the document to be viewed at the selected location.
Name Type the name of the document.
Type From the drop-down list, select the document type.
Description Type the description for the document.
Effective Date Enter the date when the document should become effective.
Obsolete Date Enter the date when the document should become obsolete.
Event Depending on the document type, this field may not be available. From the drop-down list, select the case event type to which this document should attach.
