Viewing the Payment Plan History
Schedules on payment plans can be modified as long as no payments have been taken. After payments have been taken, the existing payment plan schedules must be stopped and a new payment plan schedule must be created if changes need to be made.
From the case fee Balances or Transactions view of the Financial tab, click Edit Pmt Plan to access the View Payment Plan History dialog box. This dialog box displays all of the payment plans associated with the case. Click a payment plan to access the payment plan settings.
